SETDA National Leadership Institute Toolkit

Acknowledgements

The State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the dedication of many individuals who worked very hard to make the SETDA NLI Toolkit a reality.

Special thanks go to Elsie Brumback, SETDA's consultant for this project, for her vision and leadership in bringing together the expertise and resources needed to make this Toolkit a success.

We would also like to thank:

  • The members of the SETDA NLI Planning Committee, chaired by Melinda Maddox of Alabama, for creating a substantive and important program that really was "States Helping States Implement NCLB."
  • The SETDA staff including Melinda George, Mary Ann Wolf, Sara Hall, and Tera Daniels, for their dedication to coordinating the NLI and their leadership in producing the outcomes for the Toolkit.
  • The directors of the Regional Technology in Education Consortia (R*TECs) for their work in planning and facilitating the efforts of the NLI Work Groups.
  • The state participants who came to the NLI ready to work, ready to learn and ready to share and because of this enthusiasm produced a Toolkit that will aid all states in implementing NCLB.
  • The members of the U.S. Department of Education who helped in planning the NLI and participated fully in the activities of the five Work Groups.
  • The SETDA Board of Directors for their leadership and support in making the NLI a success.
