TAPP Virtual Handbook
This handbook reflects the work of nine of the ten states who are ESETP grantees. SETDA's TAPP offered dissemination and networking services to those state teams who are implementing the state-wide scientifically based research projects. By teaming up, TAPP encourages collaboration during the program development phase and provides states with a powerful, high quality distribution channel to communication interim and final progress about each of the grants.
